Delivery & returns

Australian delivery

Standard delivery is $9.95, or free on eligible orders of $150 or more after discounts. We currently ship within Australia only. Collection and express delivery are not available while the physical store is being prepared.

Selected devices with installed batteries are eligible for standard delivery, with a maximum of two battery-powered devices per order. Larger quantities need a delivery review.

Bulky, restricted and other items requiring transport checks cannot be purchased through standard checkout. Contact us if your bag needs a delivery review. Delivery dates are not guaranteed; email us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

The 10% online opening offer applies to merchandise, not delivery. Prices and availability are checked with Square before checkout. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Payment is handled by Square.

Returns or a problem with your order

Email shop@bcdwelly.com.au with your order number and what has happened before returning an item. For a change-of-mind return, contact us to discuss whether it can be accepted; no automatic change-of-mind return is offered here. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your order details

We collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address to process and deliver your order and contact you about it. These details are sent to Square with the order and used by Base Camp and the delivery provider for fulfilment. Your card details are entered on Square, not this website. Placing an order does not sign you up for marketing.
