Giveaway terms

Entry is free and no purchase is required. Follow Base Camp Dwellingup on Facebook, enter your full name, email address and phone number, and agree to these terms. One entry per person; repeated use of an email address is blocked. There are no additional age or residency restrictions.
Entries close at 3 pm AWST on 12 September 2026. A receipt confirms that your entry was saved. Entries received after closing will not be accepted.
Three winners will each receive one mixed Base Camp adventure pack. The combined prize pool comprises Leatt riding gear, Knog lighting, a Patagonia duffel bag, HydraPak, a Sea to Summit sleeping mat and pillow, a CamelBak vest, a Black Diamond headlamp, Osprey gear and That’s It. Products are distributed across the three packs; each pack contains a selection from this combined prize pool.
Draw: 3:15 pm AWST on 12 September 2026 at the Base Camp D100 stand in Dwellingup. Three distinct winners will be selected randomly from the valid entries, with one pack per winner. The draw will be witnessed and recorded. No separate eligibility questionnaire is required; a winner may be asked to confirm their Facebook follow.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email using their entry details. Base Camp will arrange prize collection directly with each winner. Unclaimed-prize process: if a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days of the first contact attempt, Base Camp will conduct a witnessed redraw for that pack and retain the draw record.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from responsibility for this promotion to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy notice
Base Camp Dwellingup collects your name, Facebook name, email address and phone number to administer the giveaway and help check Facebook follows, prevent duplicate entries, conduct the draw and contact winners. Entry details are stored in the website’s hosted Cloudflare database and are accessible through the restricted management dashboard.
Giveaway records will be retained for 12 months after the draw, and longer only where required by law or to resolve an outstanding matter. Contact shop@bcdwelly.com.au to request access or correction. Records may be made available to the relevant regulator where required.
Marketing consent is optional, separate from entry and unticked by default. Choosing not to receive marketing does not affect your entry or chance of winning. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
